FAQ

Every Woodiny lamp is USB-powered. You plug it into any standard USB port — a laptop, a phone wall adapter, or a power bank. There are no disposable batteries to replace, and nothing to recharge separately. The only battery in the set is the small one inside the remote control.
The lamp ships with a USB cable. It does not include a wall plug adapter, because almost every household already has several (phone chargers, tablet chargers, USB ports on laptops and TVs). You can also easily power the lamp from a power bank. Any standard 5V USB adapter works.
For orders inside the EU, yes. For international orders, the remote battery is not included — shipping regulations restrict sending certain batteries across borders. It's a common, inexpensive coin-cell battery you can buy anywhere locally.
Yes. Every product comes with a 2-year warranty under EU consumer law. If a defect appears, just write to help@woodiny.shop and we'll sort it out.
