Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return period, which means that after purchasing an item, you can request its return within 30 days.
An item is eligible for return only if it is in the same condition as when you received it, has not been worn or used, still has price tags attached, and is in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
In the case of a defect, faulty or damaged goods, Woodiny will cover the return shipping costs.

If we accept your return request, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please check your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can assess the issue and resolve the situation.
Exchanges
If you want to receive the desired item as quickly as possible, return the item you have, and after we receive the return, place a separate order for the new item.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal in the European Union
Regardless of the above provisions, if the goods are delivered to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without providing a reason. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, must not be worn or used, must have price tags attached, and must be in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved or denied. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed within 10 business days using your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
